From the beginning of the listing process, into the showing of our home, to receiving and accepting an offer, and through the completion of escrow Linda Adkins was the true definition of a professional. Prior to listing with Linda, she met with us and presented us with a very detailed presentation of our surrounding area, comparables, and a suggested listing price with extensive backup to support the number. Upon listing with Linda she walked us through every aspect of the sale. When we had questions and called her, she actually answered her phone. I do not remember if we ever had to leave a message. This tiny point made us feel that we were important to her. When we received offers she walked us through each one, highlighting the pluses and minuses. Nothing was left to chance, she was on top of everything. Once in escrow, Linda would constantly call us to advise of paperwork that was going to be sent to us for signature and to advise of status. She also made sure that the Buyers agent adhered to the requirements and dates in the contract with constant friendly reminders. Not only did Linda sell our home in only four days, but she sold it for more than listing, and escrow closed three days early. It was a pleasure working with Linda Adkins and would highly recommend Linda to others for their real estate needs.

Linda provided an excellent outline and plan for selling our home. She priced our house to sell and we received a full price offer within one week. Linda payed attention to details.
